After placing your order you will receive a notification from Wholster confirming that your order has been submitted and approved. You will also receive a copy of your invoice via email.

From there, you will receive an email from your Partner Success Representative welcoming you to the pack. This person will be your go-to contact for all things Pet Parents®, so make sure you keep their contact on file! 

Your order will ship out within 3-5 business days.
