What are the qualifications to become a Retail Partner?

Before filling out the application, you must meet all of these qualifications:

-Have a retail space in a brick-and-mortar location

-Proof of your W-9

-Be a pet-related business (i.e. pet shop, pet daycare, trainer, groomer, pet spa, vet, feed store, etc.)

We will NOT approve your application if:

-Your business is NOT pet-related

-There is no physical retail space in your business

-You’re an online-only retailer

-You don’t have proper W-9 documentation

-You want to sell our products on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Chewy.com or another online retailer. (you are permitted to sell in your store(s) and only on your own branded website)

How to submit your W-9:

Before application approval, you must show proof of your W-9. To do this, please scan the full document and send it to sales@petparentsbrand.com. If you have no way of scanning the document, we will also accept a photo of the document. Please make sure to include the entire document, not just a portion of the page.
